By booking a tour or service with High Atlas Activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are set forth to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience for all customers.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, as agreed at the time of reservation.
- Payments can be made via the secure payment options available on our website.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
- If a booking is made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, full payment is required upon booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour: No refund will be issued.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.
4. Tour Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify or change tour details due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
- Any requests for modifications (e.g., changes in group size, tour dates) should be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour.
5. Liability and Safety
- High Atlas Activities will ensure that all activities are conducted safely with qualified guides and equipment.
- Clients must follow the instructions provided by guides to ensure safety during tours.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during tours.
- Participants must be in good health and able to engage in physical activity. If you have any medical conditions, please inform us in advance.
6. Travel Insurance
- We recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, accidents, or medical issues.
7. Personal Data
- By booking a service, you consent to the use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
